Horray!! Today I got my 25 pound charm (for the keyring I will recieve after 6 more pounds)! I am surprised it was such a big loss. I had wanted to do more exercise but it has just been so hot... And there was a cookout.

Glad everything worked out.

284.6 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb. Still to go: 124.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
