Meal prepping did not help me to make up time to go to the gym in the week, not on the weekend either since I am prepping or shopping for prepping. It’s been 3 weeks, the benefit as I see it is that I eat meals that are right for me instead of grabbing a sandwich or eating some fried cheese slab at work canteen. Thanks to all that gave meal prep tips from ICA to having clear instructions, it works.
115.5 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
