Good week of sensible eating and a good 1lb lost
161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1887 kcal Fat: 60.96g | Prot: 60.37g | Carb: 263.64g.   Breakfast: Grapes, Raspberries, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Flora Light, Toasted White Bread, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk). Lunch: Tesco Hoisin Duck Wrap, Bananas. Dinner: Onions, Apples, Pork Chops (Loin Blade, Bone-In, Cooked, Grilled), Tesco Baby New Potatoes, Blueberries, Strawberries, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat). Snacks/Other: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Sondey Vollmilch Butterkeks, Clementines, Go Ahead!
