After basically a month straight of vacation we are back on the wagon. Gained 4 on the vacation but I'm confident I can shed them quickly and get back on the way to the ultimate goal.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
