Okay so I gained a lot of weight. Today is the start of my 5 week starvation ( fastening ) challenge. I still have to perform at least 20 min workout so, yeah.
132.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
