Well, I did the take off for two days and lost a little over two lbs. So now I have to concentrate on staying consistent...I also lost the other only good counselor left, I am going to change centers now....GEEZE...

175.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb. Still to go: 20.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

They closed one center in Austin last month, so I switched to one of centers in south Austin. Got to know the crew there for a few weeks before they switched the counselors with another center in town. I know what you mean...GEEZE!

I LIKE MOST OF MY COUNSELORS BUT SOME OF THEM ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO GET YOUR TO BUY THINGS THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE.
