strange weigh in this morning as it's faaar lower than I expected.
There is a bit of a perfect storm going on atm of broken ketosis (went out for a very special dinner so that was worth it), tom, and broken intermittent fasting. so after all that I expected to weigh in this morning at least at 60... but I did eat very little yesterday so perhaps I'll see the bump tomorrow. Hopefully not!
