Hello Zoelamb, how are you? How is your weight loss journey, better than mine I hope. My secret eating is very naughty. It is having to stop as it's mostly very sweet tooth things. I will eat spoon full of of drinking chocolate plus chocolate sauce etc. So I didn't buy any this week.
