Still the same. I haven't seen a 1 in front of my weight for two years. I'll get there, slowly 🐌. lol. I did order a pizza on Monday and that was my meal for two days.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
