Here we go again...I just hope that this is Mostly water weight, my legs are swollen with retention. Busted my ketosis with fruits. Need to get back on track. Been eating way too much over the last couple of weeks. Hope to get rid of water retention during today-tomorrow as these are my 5:2 intermittent fasting days.
