I wish I could feel bad about this weight, but I can't. I think it is because it gives me hope that after all of my hard work and dieting, I can maintain fairly well. (The 165 was a complete fluke for a final push in a weight loss challenge) I think I am almost ready to go on another push of calorie counting and exercise.
