I was surprised to see my weight at 200.8 this morning. Wonder if my scale is correct. I did feel pretty good this morning despite yesterday being leg day at the gym, although I’m not pushing myself real hard while dieting. After dropping 4 pounds I’m still not seeing the six-pack, and the spare tire is alive and well. To reach my goal I still need to drop 17.08 pounds of fat and gain 12 pounds of muscle.
