Keeping to my "Only weigh in when it goes down' mantra, it's been 3 months :)

Been up as high as 78, and been down near 74 a couple of times.

Still eating basically the same food every day that I have for the last 3 years. Still drinking too much beer, but I am slowly trending the right way, so I am content with the slow progress. The hard work was done when I was 120kg !
163.1 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
