I'm having a real problem with retaining water lately. I think i'm going to have to call my Dr. cause its just getting worse instead of better. Last week I was in the 190's so I have been losing some of the water. I've also been slacking on my ice water. I'm having a pop a day and it's supposed to be only 1 or 2 days in a week. Its starting to get me down because i was doing so good 4 months ago and i've undone all the work that i had done back then.
