It has been just over 20 days, no alcohol, smaller portions, no eating after 10pm, jogging, insanity, fast walking, and I FEEL GREAT!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

awesome! im doing p90x it definitely rocks im feeling even better than i was 4 weeks ago. i started p90x three weeks ago, its amazing how it makes you feel!
