I was really struggling with depression and other mental health issues so I was comfort eating and put back on almost everything I lost, now I'm am feeling a lot better mentally so Starting today that stops I need to get back on track!!! I am cutting out the sweets and watching portion sizes and going to eat healthier. exercise is hard for me my mobility isn't the greatest but I'm going to start walking again and doing a few exercises I know I can do, I can't let my depression and mental health issues win and ruin my health!!

1. Stay on Fatsecret. 2. Calculate your daily required calorie need. 2. Eat 20%-30% less of that number. 3. Unfortunately, watching portions doesn't really cut it. You need to weigh everything you eat. Everything! Until you know by heart what a portion really weighs. 4. Light exercise and weight lifting. Light! That's the secret. You can thank me in a couple of months. Weighing is the biggest pain in the ass, until you realize how important it is. Then, you'll want to do it for the rest of your life. Lost (easily!) 42lbs so far. So I'm spreading my experience. It's what worked for me, that's all.
