Today is bitter-sweet.
With today's weigh-in I am the same weight as the day I met my hubby 9 years ago... 16kg less than 3 months ago.
That's the sweet bit. The bitter bit?
The clinic I go to for my diet is discontinuing the program. The one diet that worked for me... *sigh*
