The calorie counting didn't go very well when I started a couple of months ago - as you can see!!
I've put on a few more pounds and am now 'in the Zone' so really need to get this extra weight off...............don't want to ruin all the hard work I put in last summer!xx
188.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know how that feels, I lost 2 stone last summer and put on a stone through the winter, but hey 5lb to go and I will be back where I started, I'm trying to think of that as a positive. Now your in the zone you can do it, you'll be back on form soon :)

I'm the same, I lost 2st last year and ave put a stone back on😒. I'm determined now tho 2 turn it around. U'll be fine an keep 2it x
