Still sick, but I want to see if I can get a workout in. At this point, I don't care if it's just for 5 minutes. I'm determined to get SOMETHING in. Something has to be better than nothing; though I'd much rather be able to do a full 25 minute workout. Doubt it though....
**MORNING WORKOUT** Jillian Michaels "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" (did 26 minutes of this 55 minute workout. Couldn't do all the sets or all of the reps. Sweat a little, but not enough. Still tired.)
