I was really starting to get frustrated, but finally after more than 2 weeks of the scale not moving, I'm down over a pound. I had not eaten well over the holiday weekend, but only gained a little. I managed to lose than plus the additional pound in just two days. My body is so strange...gaining 4 lbs overnight not straying from the diet at all and it taking a week to drop it, then eating chips & salsa and even a dessert and gaining just a 1/2 lb then dropping it and another pound in just 2 days. Weird!
