I am down 40 pds as of this morning. Did you know that a 1/2 cup of coleslaw is only 41 calories? Intermittent fasting is helping much more than I expected.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
