Kinda hovering in the same place. I know its because of stress and diet. Im working on saying NO to things that arent getting me towards my goal. Yesterday I wanted pop tarts and had plain greek yogurt instead (Im loving Fairlife- it doesnt have that sour tang), then for lunch I wanted a greasy burger and fries but had food truck fish tacos instead (doesnt sound like a better option but they are delish, and I trust that food truck more than most chains) and I wanted a candy bar and chips from the vending machine but had an orange, and a single serving of pretzels with a single serving pack of chocolate almond butter. I dont know if I saved cals this way, but it felt good to just be able to recognize and make different decisions.

My gym appearances were dismal this week. Im so behind at work and Ill NEVER get caught up. The weathers been crappy so no walking either. I gotta figure out a way to get some movement in.
263.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW! You are being so mindful of what you eat and making deliberate choices that are better for your nutrition💙 Way to go!! 👍 Do you have a FitBit or other pedometer? Kuz just standing up and taking a quick walk from 1 end of the office to the other every hour could add up! Or walking in place for 100 steps while in the ladies room? Just a couple of ideas....you are doing so GREAT!!👏👏👏
