I was slightly disappointed I only lost .5 lbs this week...Although I should have be surprised. I mean I did have pizza, nachos, french fries and more processed sugar last week than I had in a while. Also I am still not going to the gym and doing cardio. I think that will have a huge difference in my weight loss. I have been exercising but only doing weights/pilates type exercises. So here is to a new week and some more steady weight loss!!!
