My 3-year-old son and I caught my husband's cold. Doesn't help that we also have allergies and it's been in the hundreds outside. I took nighttime medicine last night; but since I wanted to work out, I didn't take it until close to 10p.m. Now I'm groggy and feeling exhausted. My 6-month old daughter is teething, so she's been having trouble going to sleep and has been waking up early. I'm extra extra tired because of that. I *tried to push myself to workout this morning, but I couldn't even do half of the 25 minute DVD. :( I'm out of breathe, with no energy, and really don't feel like eating anything (though I did force down a meal-replacement shake). Not sure if I have it in me to do a workout tonight---especially not a 40 minute cardio workout. :(

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" 5lb. weights ....could only do less than 10 minutes worth, though, before I stopped. :\
131.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Sorry to hear that. Summer colds are the worst. Breathe right ( I think that is the name) Yogi tea helps over here with a cough, ect. Stay healthy.

Haven't tried Yogi Tea before. Need to go look for that and see if it helps. It's hard to find stuff I can take while breastfeeding. I'm more worried about passing it on to my other children---especially the baby!
