We are on vacation, so I didn't weigh in as usual on Monday. I have done well and even exercised in the workout room with the broken air conditioner. Except for yesterday when I overate and didn't exercise. I hope there is some loss or at least no gain when I get home. I will do better today than yesterday!
165.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
