What a struggle after my grandmothers funeral we had a celebration of Her life… i celebrated a bit to hard on the sweets and pizza table but finally after a week i am back down
247.1 lb Lost so far: 82.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2255 kcal Fat: 87.46g | Prot: 171.41g | Carb: 177.79g.   Breakfast: SPAR Full Cream Fresh Milk, Jungle Oats, Coffee with Milk. Lunch: McCain Mixed Vegetables, Lean Minced Beef, Basmati Rice (Cooked). Dinner: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Air Fryer French Fries, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing. Snacks/Other: Naartjie, NPL Whey Slim. more...
