Great job this week, despite being basically off on Monday. Way to go! Yay, me! Must remember this feeling when I get to a less good weigh-in, but today, the scale is encouraging. Good luck to us all this week!
175.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
