I finally made it to the gym yesterday and got a 3 mile run in with my dog. I've been eating pretty good, a little surprised about the 1 lb gain. I'm pretty sure my body is a little out of wack from increasing my activity and from the 5 lb drop last week. I'll keep it going the rest of this week and lighten up a bit over the holiday weekend. Hope to get enough gym time in this week to work the soreness out. Ouch!
