I’m finally back on here to loose the twenty pounds that found me again😞. I have to get back to checking my food before I eat to get back on the wagon👍🏻. I did buy a recumbent bike and now need to assemble it to get back in shape! I also will start back up with my water aerobics since now the pool is open again 🙏🏻.
