After an active weekend I'm feeling exhausted today. I need a day to recover from my weekend.

Yesterday was a gorgeous day and the boyfriend and I took full advantage of it. We went on a 10 mile bike ride and wandered around the flea market. Later in the day we took our dog to this great dog park that is a dog's paradise! They have hiking trails and a large creek for the dogs to swim in, she had a blast and we got a lot of exercise ourselves running after her. By the end of the day we were all so worn out, but all had a great day.

This is only a 3 day week for me which I am so thrilled about! On Wednesday night we're heading to the beach for a 4 day weekend with my boyfriend's family. I'm really looking forward to it, we do it every year and always have a wonderful time. It is going to involve a lot of food and drinking, but we're always very active as well so I hope it will balance out. Plus, I have the motivation of the following week a bachelorette party that I do not want any extra weight for!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
