I travelled for work to New Orleans and way overdid it. Then the next week travelled again for a couple days plus went to basketball parties :/

Fun times, but definitely set me back on my toning goals. :(
180.0 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
