Last weeks average daily intake has been 2367 cals per day. Well over my 2100 max so surprised I have not gained. Was sons birthday weekend in Bournemouth thats involved lots of eating and drinking. Back at it this week.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
