Good grief, I put on another 1.4kg in a week; I don't have time for this, I must be 74kg by September. My red crocheted bracelet is now on my arm to remind me not to put "stuff" in my mouth. I have exactly 10 weeks to lose 10kg. Time to bring out the big guns ...
