Going to try & do low carb today
113.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1309 kcal Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 106.74g | Carb: 137.00g.   Lunch: Sargento Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Nulaid Egg Substitute. Dinner: Great Value Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Fiber One Original Cereal, Bananas , Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Great Value Frozen Red Raspberries, Spinach , Winco Almond butter (ground almonds only). Snacks/Other: Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Atkins Advantage Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bar. more...
