The day after the night before! I was worried I would gain but I did not! :P I only had a small plate of Chinese (we went to an all you can eat buffet) And although the things there was not necessarily "Dukan" I more or less ate chicken and meat (although I had a small amount of noodles and other carby/fatty things) and LOTS of white wine!
