Been hoping for a nice drop, I know there is some amount of normal fluctuation but it still feels good to see the number going down. Been really trying to move more this week, averaged 16k steps a day.
272.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
