Worked out 5 days last week. Missed Mon & Tue this week so far. I'm trying not to slack off, but I need to get minimum 3 days a week. Workouts going ok. Hardest part is getting to bed on time to wake up ontime. If I get to bed later than 10:30pm, it's very hard to get up in the morning.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

I hear that! My alarm does off at 5am. If I am up till 10:30, I struggle with getting up also! Good for you - getting that many work outs in!! 👏 🙌 💪
