I really am failing at the activity part of this diet but, have managed to stop overeating for the most part. I found eating more protein helps stave off cravings for junk food and sweets. Plus, I am snacking on healthier things like fruits and veggies, along with drinking more water. I think next week I will finally be able to get my butt in gear with the morning exercises.
