159!!!
Wow! I got on the scale this morning and thought I was dreaming. 159. I cant believe I am in the 150's. I feel really good about that. I am thinking I could maybe make it to my goal before I leave for Alaska. I leave on the 17th. I worry about Alaska though. I will be gone 9 days. What will I eat, there will be no scale. What if I come home 200lbs???!!! I am really nervous about that. I mean I can make good choices but how good really? I will be at a kids camp. I am thinking they will probably have "normal" school food there. Sure I can avoid candy and crap but I wont have my hummus or pita chips or anything like that. Probably no grilled chicken or salads. What about exercise?

I should worry about that another day and celebrate today being 159 today!

Congratulations! That's an awesome achievement. If you're going to be at a kids camp, exercise probably isn't going to be a big problem. Last time I went to a kids camp with my daughter I was so exhausted at night I could barely make it to bed before passing out. lol You'll probably be very active. I agree that the food will probably be normal, so you'll probably be able to manage. The camp I went to even had a fruit bar in the mornings...it was great. Good luck with it! I think you'll be fine.

i just got back from camp and they had alot of fruit and veggies raw on the steam table...and in the morning i asked from dry toast and they provided it for me...one day there was omlets...so it might be better than you think...

Fantastic my dear!! I must admit I am GREEN with envy!! Tee hee!!! I appear to be going up while you are going down, down, down!!! I understand being nervous about your trip ... but even if you go up it certainly won't be to 200 and when you get back home you'll get right back in your routine. That is the lesson I continually seem to be learning!! We can do it!! YES WE CAN!!
