I'm glad I been staying around the same weight, it sometimes fluctuates up to 138, which I start not to like, but I know it can fluctuate. At this point I don't think I can ever have a flat stomach since I have loose skin plus I would have to really cut and I'd lose too much muscle. I'm trying to build muscle, not lose it.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup, the fat cut and muscle gain is always a tight rope to walk. It takes forever. I've been working since Aug to drop 20 lbs, and change from about 20% BF to 10% BF, but I'm still holding onto 7 lbs because I don't want to lose my strength. However, I am down to about 13%. Do what's best for you.
