Oh wow! What a gain but you sure can tell late a lot yesterday. (Cursed those lettuce wrapped burgers cuz we all know the fruit waffle had nothing to do with it! lol) My husband is back to work now so I don't have to worry about going out for breakfast lol. Back to what was working for me. (even if it was eating like a bird lol) Oh well I got no one to blame but myself and I know it's gonna happen from time to time. I'm sure I got water weight to lose and a few more steps in my day won't hurt. As Ive ended almost all my entries, WE ALL HAVE THIS! Striving for a better tomorrow!

Seriously, I think it *was* more likely to have been the sodium (and resulting fluid retention) from the burger patties, than the fruit waffle! The fruit was fresh, and one waffle wouldn’t explain 2+pounds. (In fact, ever since I saw that photo, I have been wanting to make that at home.😊)
