I really needed to see this. I was feeling a bit discouraged lately, because my eating habits have improved, I've increased my exercise, and I couldn't seem to beak the 232 lbs mark.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
