Meh. -0.1 lbs is nothing to write home about, but it's better than +0.1 lbs!

About to get on the treadmill and knock out an hour of running (well, jogging at 4.8 mph pace, rather) and then get in some strength training after dinner.

Studying for my CPT exam is taking up more time in my day than I thought it would!

156.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
