Doing wonderful! No breads or flour for 11 days. Eating about 1500 cals a day, and exercising 3x a week. best of all, the numbers show!!!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
