Just started working out and watching my diet again starting today. I'm hoping to lose 15-20lbs by September. I know that's a lot, but I want to push myself as much as possible. I may not hit my goal, but I'll try to get as close as possible.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
