I had a chance to join a WW group here where I live and opted not to - I figured that my exercise routine was where I wanted to focus my energies - and no amount of paying dues has ever been adequate motivation for me in the long run. Sure, I've taken off pounds doing WW, but the minute the class ends, I'm in trouble again. Also, even though I weigh 11 pounds more than I did the last time I completed a WW class, the clothes I could barely fit into at the time are a relaxed fit on me now. Proves that exercise will reduce your thighs a whole lot faster than calculating everything you eat.
Once again, if I must obsess about something, I prefer obsessing about exercise rather than food.
