OH my goodness! what is going on! I have gained weight! I have followed my calorie intake closely, I just do not understand. I am going to keep at it. I am going to add a little more exercise into my routine. treadmill, eliptical, and exercise ball. Lets see what next week brings. reviewing my diet history, I may try sliming down some carbs looks like I am taking in quite a few. I do like recording my food intake helps me see what and were I need to work. I just want the scale to go downward! OH and a funny note. I had a dream last night that I lost a huge amount of weight. in my dream i weighed in at 160lbs. I sure wish I was in that dream right about now!
242.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
