I’m back tracking. I’m trying to fix food but my recipes aren’t working and today my Husband is taking us to Olive Garden. What to do a little of everything or just eat salad? Pray for me! I was doing so good and showing my loss. 😢
169.1 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 49.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
