Hubby, the kid (he's 18) and I went to the Pikes Peak Celtic Festival. Walked all over the place. Did NOT eat the carney food ! Yea ! The band Albannach headlined and was great ! We went to Quinn's Tavern and the hubby and I shared the surf and turf. Switched out the potatoes for an extra house salad (one salad came with the meal). 6 oz. steak and grilled salmon. It was excellent. THEN they had a pipe and drum corps doing their thang cause of the festival which they were also sponsoring and they were fantastic ! A great day over all.
