Mad how you can feel rubbish, eat rubbish and lose weight and when you are well and eat better and work out its more of a struggle. The body is such a puzzle sometimes hard to know what the right thing is to do. Maybe for me I'm not having enough calories usually as supposed to have 2200 according to the app but my averages were 1750. Think I need to get the right balance still. Will be back excersising when this horrible cold is off my chest. Hope everyone else is well 👍
